Workflow

1. Forms / Inquiry

   I will review your form and if accepted, I will contact you with your preferred method of contact.

   • We'll discuss your commission and I'll provide a quote.

   • When you've agreed with the price, I'll send you an invoice via paypal.

   • I will offer you a slot under a certain month.

     **Please note: Depending on the size/complexity of your commission, it may not be finished within that month**

2. Payment

   After full or half payment is made. I will begin your commission.
   Please check my queue above or here to see my progress.

3. Rough

   After I send the rough sketch, any large changes are allowed to be made.
   Adding, removing, placement of subject or object. Color will be discussed.
   If unsure of your color preferences, I may send a rough color check as well.
   **Please note: Once the sketch has been approved, any major changes may result in an additional fee per revision, unless I am at fault**

4. Lines & Base

   After the sketch is confirmed, I will ask for the remainder of the payment (if any).
   Clean line art w/base colors is rendered in. Three minor changes allowed.
   WIPs will not be provided by default past the sketch approval, however you may request it at any point.

5. Render

   Once complete, I'll send for one final approval.
   Changes to small marking mistakes and color adjustments ONLY.
   Any changes more than that will result in an additional cost.

6. Send

   Final delivery will be a direct ZIP file or a google drive link containing the files (including watermarked and un-watermarked versions of the commission)
   Printed & Shipped (If that was part of the order)

7. Sharing

   If the artwork is used on your social media platforms, please include credits to my social media!
